Dino Crafts

On Friday the students made dinosaur crafts!

There was miscellaneous supplies set out and the students could use as much or as little as they wanted to.

There was construction paper, tissue paper, googly eyes, sequins, gems, ribbon, yarn, pom poms, or dry noodles.

I should also mention that Friday was "Wacky Hair Day" so that's why the students' hair might look a little different than normal!

Dinosaur Landscape

Today we had two university students join us again. They have been coming to our Kindergarten classroom every Tuesday afternoon since the middle of March and have two more weeks with us!

One of the university students, Ms. B., planned a dinosaur lesson to teach us (even though they don't have to teach a lesson). The university students are in their first year and come to schools to observe. Our class is very lucky that Ms. B planned us a lesson!

She started off by reading us a Magic School Bus dinosaur book!! The Kinders were very interested and asked many questions.

Then, she showed us her sample of the art activity we would be doing. Ms. B's example she made is really good!! Take a look:

This is Ms. B's sample project. Wow!

Thank you for taking the time to teach the Kinders!
